Comprehensive Plan
The City of Hopkins takes an active approach to redevelopment within the City and has outlined its goals in the Comprehensive Plan. The City recently began the process of updating the Comprehensive Plan that will guide the City's development to 2030. The planning effort is being led by the Zoning & Planning Commission with direction from staff, the Hopkins City Council and members of the community. Community input is encouraged and neighborhood meetings will be held to hear from residents.
